Report outlines distrust, claims of bullying, in refugee decision process

New Zealand: Distrust and disrespect, delays and allegations of discrimination and bullying are outlined in an independent report into the decision-making process for asylum-seekers. The report sets out clear recommendations but Immigration New Zealand have said implementing change has been slowed down due to their COVID-19 response.
